Pricing
All prices are shown and processed in New Zealand dollars.
No Ordinary reserves the right to amend product pricing at any time. In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed and refund the full amount of the price paid.
Once an order is posted we take no responsibility for charges incurred at the receiver’s end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. No Ordinary takes every precaution to make the site as safe as possible. We do not hold any payment details on record.
When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.
Payment Security is managed through Windcave for mutual security. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. Please select carefully before placing an order.
Stock Availability
We endeavour to keep stock levels up to date. In the unlikely event that the size or product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will refund you immediately and contact you via the email address supplied.
Garment Representation
We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our garments, however, please be aware that images may display differently on different screens. Please feel free to call or email us if you have further questions about the details of a particular garment.
